DINIDH ANCHOR SPORTS WORLD PVT LTD ("Anchor Sports World", "we", "us") operates this website and the booking application at anchor-sports-world.vercel.app. We are the data fiduciary responsible for the personal data described below.

We collect only what we need to take a booking, answer an enquiry and run the venue:

• Account details — when you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We never receive your Google password.
• Profile details — the phone number, WhatsApp number, gender, age and address you choose to add to your profile.
• Booking details — the sport, court, date, time, amount, and the advance and balance recorded against each booking.
• Enquiries — the name, phone number, email, programme or event type, preferred date and message you submit through the enquiry form.
• Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) generated when you visit the site.

We do not collect your card, UPI or bank details at any point. Payments are entered directly with our payment gateway and never reach our servers or our staff.

• To create, confirm, reschedule and cancel your bookings.
• To collect an online advance and record the balance payable at the venue.
• To reply to programme, class and corporate event enquiries.
• To contact you about a booking — for example if a court becomes unavailable.
• To keep the venue's own records of usage, and to detect and prevent misuse of the booking system.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

We share data only with the service providers needed to run the site, and only as far as each one requires:

• Razorpay — processes online advance payments. Razorpay collects your payment details directly and we receive only a transaction reference and its status.
• Supabase — hosts our database and file storage.
• Vercel — hosts and serves the website.
• Google — provides sign-in (if you choose it) and supplies the venue rating shown on our home page. The rating request contains no personal data.
• Instagram — where reels are embedded, Meta may set its own cookies when that content loads.

We may also disclose data where we are legally required to do so.

Booking and payment records are retained for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. Enquiries are retained until they have been dealt with and for a reasonable period afterwards. Profile data is retained while your account is active.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask us to:

• give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you,
• correct anything that is inaccurate or incomplete,
• delete your data where we are not required to keep it, and
• withdraw a consent you previously gave.

Email us using the address below and we will respond within a reasonable period. If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

We use cookies that are necessary for the site to work — chiefly to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies. Embedded Instagram content may set third-party cookies controlled by Meta, which you can block in your browser settings.

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and held in access-controlled infrastructure, with database-level rules restricting what can be read. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information and to limit who inside the organisation can see it.

Many of our programmes are for children, but accounts and bookings are intended to be created by a parent or guardian. Where a child attends a class, we deal with the parent or guardian who made the booking.

We may update this policy from time to time. The revision date at the top of this page shows when it last changed, and material changes will be notified on the website.
