Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of the Anchor Sports World website and booking application, operated by DINIDH ANCHOR SPORTS WORLD PVT LTD. By booking a slot, submitting an enquiry or using the facilities, you agree to them.

• A slot is confirmed only once you receive a booking confirmation with a booking code. Selecting a slot does not reserve it.
• Slots are allocated on a first-confirmed basis. If two people attempt the same slot at the same moment, only one booking succeeds; the other is declined and any advance taken is refunded.
• Please arrive a few minutes before your slot. Play time is not extended for late arrival, as the court is usually booked after you.
• You are responsible for those in your group, including any children you bring.

Court prices are shown per hour on the booking page and may change from time to time; the price shown when you book is the price that applies to that booking.

• An advance is payable online to confirm the slot.
• The balance is payable at the venue before or at the time of play.
• Programmes and classes are billed separately and are not booked through the online slot flow — enquire for batch timings and fees.

Cancellations and reschedules are handled by our team rather than in the app. Contact us by phone or WhatsApp as early as you can, quoting your booking code.

• Where we cancel a booking — for example because of weather, maintenance or a facility issue — any advance you have paid is refunded in full, or the booking is moved to another slot if you prefer.
• Where a booking fails after payment because the slot was taken in the same moment, the advance is refunded automatically.
• Where you cancel, whether the advance can be refunded or transferred depends on how much notice we have. Please speak to us.
• Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer decides how quickly it appears, typically within five to seven working days.

Online payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or bank details are entered with Razorpay and are never stored by us. We retain only a transaction reference so we can reconcile and, where necessary, refund a payment.

Sport carries inherent risk. You take part at your own risk and should not play beyond your physical capability. We ask that you:

• follow staff instructions and any rules posted at the facility,
• wear footwear and clothing appropriate to the surface you are playing on,
• treat the surfaces, nets, equipment and other users with care, and
• do not bring alcohol, prohibited substances or glass onto the premises.

We may refuse entry, or ask anyone to leave without refund, where behaviour is unsafe, abusive or damaging to the facility.

You are responsible for damage to the facility or equipment caused by you or your group beyond normal wear. Please look after your belongings — items are brought onto the premises at your own risk.

Events and large group bookings are arranged case by case and may be subject to separate written terms, a deposit and a specific cancellation schedule agreed at the time of booking.

We may photograph or film at the venue for our own promotion. Tell a member of staff if you would prefer not to appear, and we will accommodate that. Testimonial videos are published only where the person has agreed to it.

Keep your sign-in details secure and do not let anyone else use your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been used without your permission. We may suspend an account that is being used to make repeated false or abusive bookings.

We aim to keep the site and booking system available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Availability shown online reflects our records at that moment and may change while you are booking.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may update these terms from time to time. The revision date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. The terms in force when you make a booking are the ones that apply to it.
